Friends from Germany use to ask us, if it isn’t really cold and dreary in Sweden during autumn and winter. No, we usually answer from our main office; it can have wonderful sunny and fresh days with cozy nights and very little rain. This year, we were not really lucky to get sun and cold as last year; we are really longing for the right winter with minus degrees and snow. Christmas mood is easy to catch though. Every window is lighted. The daily speed gets halted with Lucia gatherings and “jul” markets.

Unbelievable, how fast and rampant this year went by. We worked more, it feels. We followed the new business rhythm and sometimes had to adapt to novel situations and ideas. Ideas, so many good ideas and thoughts have made their way through processes and went life. The work atmosphere stays tranquil and smells as good as cappuccino or chai latte.

If friends asked us today, we would answer that this morning 10 cm new snow surprised us. Now we go out and kick snow for lunchbreak.
